Unfair treatment , I feel was based on bias

I made a deal for a new motorcycle which was to be financed through my credit union. I did my part by getting the check, insuring the bike, making arraignments for pick up, and doing everything on my part. The evening before the pick up day I was informed that they would not accept my cashiers check for payment, even though its a bank check, the title would be sent to my credit union. I feel its bias based on where I live, which is totally wrong. I could of been told this before I went through all that I did including paying for my insurance for the year.

Repair of Seadoo Spark

I called and made an appointment to bring my jetski in for service. In the 2nd week I called to find out what was going on and I was told that no one had looked at it yet. I asked about my appointment and I was told that was only the day you got in line not the day we were going to start repairs. In the 3rd week I called again and still no one had looked at my jet ski. I finally got someone to get the repair guys to look at it. In about 15 minutes I got a call that my jet ski was totalled and it was not repairable! That I had been sold a piece of junk. I should never been sold a Spark because they were crap and should never be rode in the river. Well image my suprise since you all had sold me not one but two sparks in 2015 along with a double trailer to haul them. So I asked that the pieces be packed up and someone would be picking it up at about 2pm for me. Got them home and the parts are not with the jet ski. So where are my rotten parts? I feel that I have clearly been not treated like the valued customer I thought I was. Image someone telling you that you were sold shit and that was the place you bought them from. So your customer service people are rude and I guess that the salesmen deceived me too. You can image I am not very happy right now!

I purchased the first Bonneville Bobber you guys sold and Joe Guyton was great to deal with, as well as Gunner. I just totaled my bike on June 16th, and everyone there at Pete's have been more than helpful. Keep up the good work.
