tire service

Great work and service but I was disappointed in the pricing. My son had a tire mounted and balanced at the Balto store and paid $45 ea. I had two tires mounted and balanced at the Belair store and was 1st charged $110 (1 hr labor) with a shop fee of $17. I brought this up and the bill was re-adjusted to $45 each, but the shop fee was retained with the justification to cover the weights. I was also charged separately for new valve stems. Confusing bill since the shop fee should have covered the stems, or no shop fee & free weights since they come with the service and a charge for the valve stems. I left feeling confused and weary.

Service to New Bike

Dustin in service provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed of the progress on the bike and even helped me with a trunk issue I purchased for my FJR. I was headed out of town and needed the bike ready before leaving. Dustin and the service team was able to complete the service in time. I appreciate the honesty and communication the most. I would highly recommend taking any bike to Pete's in Overlea to be serviced. Thanks!
