purchasing an ATV

I met Gunnar at the Timonium Bike Show and was talking to him about ATV's. I owned many ATV's before so buying one was not new to me. I was looking but not truly buying at the time. He informed me of a promotion that was happening for the weekend and it did interest me. We worked a deal and even though there could have been glitches he made sure everything was honored. He answered EVERY email that I sent even after hours. I even switched ATV's that I wanted and he worked through that with a very positive attitude. He was very professional and could not have been any nicer. I have dealt with other dealers and it seems that they could really careless or not if you buy. He was a very low pressure salesman, but was one of the best that I have dealt with. Thanks to Gunnar I walked away with a good ride at a good deal.

Unbelieveable

I took my 2008 Raider to Pete's in Severna Park for an engine light issue. I tried extensively on my own to take care of the problem, but to no avail. Although they weren't able to resolve the issue, it wasn't for a lack of trying. The staff continually updated me and reassured me that the charge would not break the bank, and that they were genuinely more concerned with finding the cause of the confounding engine light on. The day came that they had exhausted every possibility and I went to pick up the bike and I was told there was no charge since they couldn't find the problem. The issue is a bike that performs fine, but the engine light can't be turned off. I don't usually trust dealership service departments, but Pete's in Severna Park has definitely changed my mind.

Expectations Exceeded

Bought a used bike from a private seller and needed a MSI. Mechanic found the front wheel bearings needed replacing. Was able to order parts and get re-inspected within a couple of days. Everyone from service to sales was very respectful and willing to answer any questions I may have had. They talk with you like you have been riding with them for years. This experience will definitely bring me back to the Baltimore location for any future needs I may have. Appreciate the customer service these days many businesses have forgotten how important this is! Thanks everyone, stay safe. S.C.
