Brought in a 2006 Yamaha Majesty that had a redlining issue, blowby and needed a speed sensor replaced. Long story short after $1,700 and six months they only fixed a speed sensor and swore that the other work they had performed fixed my other issues. When I got the bike back it did not run correctly, there is still Blowby which they blamed on the oil being overfilled which I found hilarious because they are responsible for the oil in the bike. Took it back and they swear there is no problem with it and refused to work on it unless I can provide evidence that it has this issue even though that's what I paid them to do. In the process of them having the bike they also damaged at the time I noticed three parts of the bike later on I discovered there are at least seven pieces that were either damaged chipped scratched or completely broken that I have had to pay for out of my own pocket and replace. I will never do business with the service department of the Baltimore Petes Cycles store ever again. The way I look at it as I paid for them to find the problem and for the work they did I overpaid by about $1,300. Shame the old service manager is not there anymore.
